Her leadership ensures efficient day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and the development of strong financial acumen within the company

With over 13 years of property management experience, Stacy excels in delivering 5-star customer service and continuously developing her skills. She oversees all aspects of the Property Management department, ensuring high customer satisfaction, leading and coaching team members, managing tenancy applications, conducting reviews, and handling rental arrears, inspections, compliance, and maintenance issues. Stacy thrives as the key link between landlords and tenants, and her extensive knowledge allows her to cover roles beyond the typical property manager, including accounting. Balancing her professional success with raising two young children, Stacy enjoys seaside outings with her family, especially when ice cream is involved.

With over 10 years of experience, including a break in Malta, Natasha returned to property management with renewed vigor. She handles lettings negotiations, new lets, renewals, property management, check-outs, and deposit returns, always aiming to provide fantastic customer service. Completing her ARLA qualifications in 2019, Natasha brings extensive knowledge and experience to the Property Management department. In her spare time, she enjoys weekends away with her family and spending time with her little boy.

Malgo joined Executive PM in 2020 as a Property Coordinator, bringing 9 years of industry experience. She is customer service driven, polite, tactful, and detail-oriented. Malgo handles deposits and renewals, always going the extra mile to ensure top service for landlords and tenants. As a working mum, she enjoys cycling, hiking, snowboarding, and cooking with her family. In her free time, she loves reading and singing along to her favorite songs.

With over nine years of experience in the property industry, Robyn has built a strong and diverse skill set across key areas of lettings and tenancy management. She began her career as a Lettings Negotiator before progressing into Property Management and Tenancy Management, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle.

Robyn now leads the new-let move‑in process, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition for both landlords and tenants. Her extensive knowledge of tenancy procedures, combined with her exceptional attention to detail, makes her a trusted and reliable point of contact throughout the move‑in stage.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending quality time with her partner and dogs, or relaxing with a binge‑worthy lineup of true‑crime documentaries.

Kelita has been an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) since 2010, with 11 years of experience working in Human Resources. Kelita oversees HR practices, processes, and strategies while overseeing the recruitment process, planning, and implementing training programs for staff, and ensuring that employees follow best practices and company policies. While Kelita successfully has the HR department under control, she also provides administrative support to the rest of the team.
Kelita is a mum of 2, who juggles work commitments and family life. She enjoys spending time with friends and keeping fit but doing Zumba and is a green belt in martial arts. 

Supporting Kareen, with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives, Ghamzeh brings dedication, high motivation, and meticulous organisation to her role. Her expertise in managing complex schedules, ensuring seamless task completion, and overseeing project management allows both executives to focus on strategic initiatives.
