Stacy has a wealth of over 13 years of Property Management experience. Her track record of accomplishment of delivering 5-star customer service, her extensive industry knowledge, and her enthusiasm to continuously develop her skills, shows that there is not much that she cannot do.  

Stacy oversees all aspects of the Property Management department, from maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of professional and tenancy management services, leading, managing and coaching members in the delivery of high-quality and professional services, Overseeing the tenancy application, eligibility and leasing of properties, Conducting annual reviews and proactively manage rental arrears, inspections, compliance, complaints, reactive maintenance issues to deposit returns and everything in between. Working as the linchpin between landlords and the tenants, Stacy thrives on dealing with all tenant-related issues, however, her vast knowledge and experience means that she can cover departments outside of the “normal” property manager role while enjoying getting stuck into the accounting side of the business.

Stacy’s unique ability to truly understand the working of the corporate world, while raising two young children has contributed to her success in business and personal life. Outside of work, Stacy's children keep her busy. Days out to the seaside are always top of her list, as long as there is ice cream!

After over 7 years of working in estate agency and being involved in pretty much all aspects of the property industry, from tenancy progression to renewals, end of tenancy and property management in Prime Central London, Ioana has joined Executive Property Management bringing a wealth of knowledge & experience to our already amazing team.
​Ioana’s role in the team is to manage all new tenancies and make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible for all parties involved. She oversees the new lets and renewals process and ensures they are reviewed periodically making them as efficient as possible.  She is always happy to help and go the extra step!
 
In her free time, Ioana enjoys baking and traveling with her family. Although time is limited, she will always find time to enjoy a good movie or book.

Brooke Harrington

Brooke joined ExecutivePM in 2023, bringing with her nine years of extensive experience in the property industry. Her background includes managing client investments and overseeing tenants for corporate entities, demonstrating her proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service. Brooke consistently strives for excellence in all aspects of her work, ensuring clients and tenants receive the highest level of satisfaction through her customer-centric approach.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her dog. She is an avid traveller who loves exploring new destinations with her partner. To unwind, Brooke enjoys reading a good book and participating in spinning classes.

Ghamzeh Mahdizadeh

Ghamzeh is a motivated PA with over a decade's experience in the media, music, marketing, and property industries.

She is also highly experienced in using transferable skills in stakeholder management, communication, supplier support, diary, and mailbox management. This allows her to have an organised approach to supporting the business. 
 
Ghamzeh is a mother and an activist, who is passionate about social-political and environmental issues to support the greater good.

Managing Director

Having worked within the lettings industry for most of her career, Kareen has dealt with all manner of situations and gained some fantastic experience working on behalf of corporate, franchised, and high street lettings departments, which is how Executive Property Management Solutions was created.

Kareen decided to put her experience to good use and create an outsourced property management company to help support lettings departments who are struggling with their workload.

​

Working within the letting industry for over a decade, as a managing director, Kareen oversees and directs the property management programs and projects. She takes the lead in identifying and meeting the needs of her clients and business opportunities, whilst making significant decisions, solving issues, setting goals, establishing timelines and guidelines, empowering her employees, and implementing company standards and policies.

Kareen has designed her business, with the mindset that it is the MD’s responsibility to design, develop and implement the strategic plan of their company as well as lead its day-to-day running in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner. From visionary leadership and the ability to motivate a workforce, to planning and forecasting, and developing strong financial acumen.

Natasha Schettino

With over 10 years’ of experience, including a little break working and enjoying Malta, Natasha came back to property management with a force. Submerging herself into everything from lettings negotiations, new lets, renewals, property management, check-outs, and deposit returns. Natasha is customer service driven and aims to provide fantastic service.
 
Completing her ARLA qualifications in 2019 Natasha joins us with lots of knowledge and experience, she will be an asset to the Property Management department.
 
In Natasha’s spare time, she enjoys weekends away with her family and spending her time with her little boy.
Tenancy Manager
Senior Property Coordinator
Malgo joined Executive PM in 2020 as a Property Coordinator, with 9 years of experience within the Property industry under her belt. She is customer service driven, polite, tactful and has great attention to detail.
​
Amongst other duties, she takes care of the deposit and renewal side of the business and is always going the extra mile to ensure both landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service.
 
Malgo is also a working mum. When she finishes her work, she goes home to her husband and sons, whom she enjoys going on cycling or hiking trips and snowboarding in winter. They also enjoy cooking and when she has any time to herself, she loves to lose herself in a good book or sing along to her favourite songs.
Property Manager
HR 
Kelita has been an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) since 2010, with 11 years of experience working in Human Resources. Kelita oversees HR practices, processes, and strategies while overseeing the recruitment process, planning, and implementing training programs for staff, and ensuring that employees follow best practices and company policies. While Kelita successfully has the HR department under control, she also provides administrative support to the rest of the team.
​
Kelita is a mum of 2, who juggles work commitments and family life. She enjoys spending time with friends and keeping fit but doing Zumba and is a green belt in martial arts.
